Calculation of direction cosines from direction ratios

If a, b ,c are the direction ratios of a line then \[\frac{a}{\sqrt{a^2+b^2+c^2}},\frac{b}{\sqrt{a^2+b^2+c^2}},\frac{c}{\sqrt{a^2+b^2+c^2}}\] are direction cosines of the lines.

Questions- If  2,3,1 are the direction ratios of the line AB then find the direction cosines of the line?

direction cosines given the direction ratios 2,3,1 is given by \[ \frac{2}{\sqrt{2^2+3^2+1^2}},\frac{3}{\sqrt{2^2+3^2+1^2}},\frac{1}{\sqrt{2^2+3^2+1^2}}\]

solving further\[ \frac{2}{\sqrt{14}}, \frac{3}{\sqrt{}14},\frac{1}{\sqrt{14}}\]
