The radian per second is the SI unit of angular velocity, commonly denoted by the Greek letter ω (omega). The radian per second is also a unit of angular frequency. One radian per minute is defined as the change in the orientation of an object by one radian, every second. This is a smaller unit in comparison to Hertz
